With the help of the programme, Carlo is now achieving 90 minutes of activity a day, which has also helped him to grow in confidence and make new friends!
After joining the programme and learning about eating well, food labelling, exercise and sleep habits, David is now able to identify what he needs to work on to make a difference to his wellbeing. He's even been inspired to try paddle boarding!
Emily was already eating plenty of fruit and vegetables to begin with but admitted having too much sugar could be an issue. With Mum and Dad's help, Emily is now eating much less sugar and is feeling much healthier. She even discovered a love of peppers and celery along the way!
Faizan was shy at the beginning of the Be Your Best programme but with support from Mum and family, Faizan did very well and is now within a healthy weight range.
Prior to Be Your Best, Daniel's family were not eating meals together often, but the programme has led them to now eat together 3-4 times a week. Daniel's parents have also seen a dramatic increase in his confidence.
Mum was initially a little concerned about the programme and how Jess would feel about it. Jessica is now within a healthy weight range and mum says the best bit for her was that Jessica's self-esteem and confidence had improved significantly.
